I HAVE noticed that his face is swelled a LOT of the time, but I don't think it's because of chewing tobacco. I've never noticed anyone else's face swell from chewing tobacco.

Sorry... I think you mis-read how I had that stated. I didn't mean that his chewing tobacco swells his face... I meant that his face is swelled because he is always chewing tobacco (he always has a wad in his cheek).

Oh, okay.  Yeah, he DOES have a "pinch between his cheek and gum" quite often, but all the "good ole' boys" do.  I still don't see that as a problem.
